The climb is worth it for the 360 view at the top!! On clear days Mt Hood is visible but most days Mt Bachelor, Mt Washington, and the Cascade Mountains seem within a stone’s throw. You can view all of Bend from one spot.

You can hike or drive to the top of Pilot Butte to get a fantastic view of the city and the Cascade Mountain Range.
