This “neat place” on happening H Street NE “nails the Belgian triad – mussels, frites and brews” – and also rolls out an “amazing” burger that can be washed down with one of its “wicked” foreign beers; just be prepared for the kind of “comfortable, barlike” scene that gets can get loud with “happy drinkers.”
