This trailhead is located minutes away from us and travels along the East side of the Iconic Devil's Backbone. You can hike from this point all the way to the North side of Horsetooth Reservoir above Fort Collins. East to moderate trails.

Open dawn to dusk, this free and close local hiking spot gives you the feel of being away from town. Great for biking, running or hiking, the trail has a few loops so you can adjust your trip according to how you feel. If you hike all the way to the base of the backbone there is a keyhole you can see to the other side of the valley. There are 12 miles of trail and connects to Rimrock and Horsetooth Open Space trails. Dog friendly!
