Visit Harrisville Designs, still creating beautiful yarns in an historic mill site, walk across the street to the General Store for some delicious fresh food, stop in at Brown House Bakery (in season) and take a stroll on the old rail bed.

If you weave or knit this is a must. But a look around to appreciate color and texture, set in an old mill is eye candy for the non knitters.

Cool historic building with textile classes and products for knitting and weaving. Cross the street and walk around the town....see the lakes and grab lunch at the Harrisville General Store.

A knitter/crocheter/spinner/weaver's DREAM. Harrisville Designs is housed in an old mill, which adds charm to the cubbies upon cubbies of yarn, wool roving, and fiber work supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they hold workshops throughout the year! Saturday morning, there's a fiber circle from 10 am to noon, so bring your most recent project and join in!
