While the food is pretty good, it's more about the oceanfront setting. Best views in the restaurant are upstairs. Better yet, we love going to the classic "Tiki Bar" out on the pier that traverses the beach into the ocean. Plenty of seating on the pier, it has bar food menu. Also, they often have bands playing at the end of the pier on Thursday nights during the summer.

Approximately 25-minutes away by car, and located in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar serves fresh coastal cuisine, and offers locals and visitors a casual place to hang out and enjoy a tropical cocktail or cold beer after a day at the beach.

One of my go-to restaurants at Carolina Beach. Sit outside for great ocean views or get a specialty cocktail at the tiki bar on the dock.
