You will find yourself surrounded by towering evergreens of the Black Hills National Forest, and steps from the Mickelson Trail. You will occupy the entire main or 2nd floor of this rustic residence. Close to all the major Black Hills attractions yet you will feel at one with nature. Tenderfoot Creek can lull you to sleep or greet the morning with its soothing chatter.

Brand new modern house. 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and close to many other destinations. Private entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. The room is on the south side of the home and is attached to the rest of the house. Outside parking. Mini fridge, washer/dryer & coffee/tea appliances. Locking doors separate the bedroom and bathroom from from the rest of the house. Keypad entrance. Verizon cell service works well but AT&T has a weak signal.
