I will pick you up by car at your hotel in the city and we will go to one of my favorite places were i often go to recharge. We will go for a mindful hike through a pine forest towards a natural spring. Taking in the surrounding nature with all our senses to ground, relax and expand our energy field. There we fill up our bottles, so we can enjoy the benefits of the healing spring water during the rest of our walk. I will explain the health properties of spring water. We will follow natural trails in the forest and around a small lake. Mindfully engaging all our senses so that we become one with living earth and all the beings we meet on our path. We will find a nice spot by the lake and rest and have some "Swedish fika"(tea time). Then If you wish I would love to guide you through a meditation to further ground and feel even more connected and present, with the forest and its inhabitants. I will gladly share what I know about healing water, grounding/earthing, sacred places and the health benefits of the Swedish forest. It is also possible to go for a refreshing swim in the lake. I welcome you to the perfect and unique experience for everyone, hiking through beautiful virgin nature near the city. First we will meet up at our house, so that you can leave luggage here, then we will step right out in to grand nature, and after a while we will be experiencing cooking over an open fire, and eating by a secret glade by a beautiful forrest lake. (There is a shelter i case of bad weather) Once we reach our house again we will enjoy the culture of Swedish sauna with spa features. In the winter we go on the ice and in the summer we like to swim in the lakes! What I share is mine and my family’s favorite hobby, and we are happy to share all the knowledge that we have acquired about Swedish nature and culture since childhood. This is an experience for you who wish to go foraging for mushrooms and berries in the beautiful surroundings of Stockholm. The tour ends with a truly tasteful lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant where your harvest will be prepared and served. I will pick you up by car at a location of your choice and take you to a forest nearby where the chances of finding mushrooms are the best for the day. In the forest, we’ll search for the delicious mushrooms and berries to pick. I'll be happy to share my knowledge of mushrooms, and guide you to the ones that are good to eat. After a while, we’ll pause for a “fika” and some small talk or to just listen to the sounds of the forest around us. The tour will end at a really nice farm-to-table restaurant where we’ll have lunch (included in the price) and where they will even prepare and serve our potential harvest, as a side dish. Your experienced guide kits you out with one of our custom-made Town Comfort City Bikes and a helmet, and after a brief safety talk, leads you off on your biking adventure. There are regular stops so your guide can share interesting facts and stories with you whilst you catch your breath. With an extensive network of bicycle lanes all over the city, it’s easy to bike safely through town.

We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want. Join our tour to discover archipelago by kayak. Escape the big city and enjoy wonderful seaside landscapes, only 40 minutes by bus from Stockholm. We meet in kayak center in Resarö (close to Vaxholm). After safety briefing we can jump into kayaks and paddle into the wild of archipelago. We'll adjust the route depending on the weather, especially wind direction and participants kayaking skills. We will paddle in the very heart of Stockholm Archipelago and will show you some of our favourite places and hidden gems. On the one hand, just right next to kayak center there is amazing Bogesundslandets Nature Reserve with outstanding nature and plenty of wildlife! On the other hand there is a lively island Vaxholm which is known as a capital of archipelago. In the middle of the trip we will look for nice place to land for a break. We'll end the trip after about 3 hours in the same place where we started. Trip is beginners friendly although normal physical condition is required. We are happy to share some basic kayaking knowledge! More advanced paddlers are welcome as well!

With unique oil mixes from Grasse, France, together we mix each unique perfume by hand and I teach the basics of perfume making, what to consider when choosing a scent and a little history. The whole group gets their own perfume in a glass bottle ready to use. Perfect to do as a unique experience or hen party, bachelor party or just a luxurious experience and memory for life. All perfume mixes are unisex and work equally well for men and women. The perfume bottles contain 30ML. Max 8 participants.
