Visiteremo insieme l'azienda San Giorgio a Lapi. Partiremo con una breve passeggiata per visitare la piccola chiesetta del 1100 dove all'interno potremo ammirare un affresco storico del San Giorgio. Durante la passeggiata visiteremo le vigne e scopriremo la filosofia aziendale oltre ad avere una magnifica vista su tutto il territorio circostante e scoprire così i vari volti della campagna Senese dal zona del Chianti Classico alle Crete Senesi. Proseguiremo la visita seguendo i passaggi della raccolta dell'uva fino alla formazione del vino e della sua maturazione. Infine degusteremo i vini del Chianti Colli Senesi e del Chianti Classico per imparare le loro proprietà e le loro caratteristiche e scoprire così il territorio all'interno del vino. When you arrive at our reception, take your time to take a drink at the bar. The receptionist will show you the way to the stables. The horses are cleaned and saddled and ready to go, unless you would like to come earlier and help or watch us preparing them. Riding helmets are available for you for the time of your ride. Meet your horses and make friends with them. Depending on your level of experience in horse riding, we will explain to you everything you need to know before we start the trail ride, and of course, we will help you to get up. And then let`s go! On our different routes, we pass by the incomparably beautiful and varied landscape of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Arbia. Right in the beginning, you will already be able to see the symbol of our Fattoria, a centuries-old holm oak that stands all alone on it`s hill. We call it the “special wishing-tree”. While we circle it on horseback, your gaze can wander far across the valley called Val d`Arbia. On our following ride we will immerse ourselves in the varied landscape of the so called Crete Senesi, rich of beauty and history. Along hidden trails, across fields and oak groves, along lakeshores and over hills ridges you will collect unforgettable memories and the contact with the horse as a touching experience. Ansonsten zu beachten Body weight limit for our horses is 90 kg! You don't have to be an athlete to take part in our rides, nor do you need any previous experience. If you have good riding skills, we can try to put you in a group of experienced riders. Kids are welcome

During the visit to our organic vineyards we will go through all the main steps of the agronomic, phenolic and organic cycle in order to understand the complexity of the “vineyard” ecosystem and of an agriculture with low environmental impact. We will then move to our historical cellar where we will discover the chemical-physical and microbiological processes that make a quality production. We will continue our journey moving to the sensorial tasting room to grasp the organoleptic complexity of our wines and have a better understanding of them. The visit will end up with a light-lunch to experience the emotions that the right combination food/wine can offer to our palate and to our spirit!

During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta, how to prepare a good savory sauce to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will cook inside the old celler of the Farm, as it is the coolest place we could find in summer! We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! Once finished working, we will set the table and we will finally enjoy our wonderfully prepared meals. Other things to note Please, bring a lot of joy! We will spend the day together so It is forbidden to be sad! In summer, as we are in the country side, please wear long trousers and closed shoes... or bring mosquitos repellent cream. We are going to do a special walking tour in the beautiful center of Siena. We will meet in the main square, at the Fontana Gaia and from there we will see the more important places of Siena together.

Le Miccine is a small boutique winery in the heart of the famous Chianti Classico region. We are two young passionate people that run the estate from the pruning in the winter to the harvesting of our grapes in autumn. Everything at Le Miccine is done by hand, and it is our pleasure to welcome you here for a winery tour and tasting. We are not a commercial winery, so prepare yourself for an authentic experience where we will walk through the hilly vineyards as we explain our organic practices and then head into our small winery where you will be surprised by our simple and traditional equipment. Then you can fill your senses with the smell of our oak barrels where our wines rest for 1 to 3 years. At the end of this experience you get the chance to taste our wines and olive oil. We have white, rosé and red wines so something for everyone! The meeting point will be in front of our tasting room, please follow indications for Parking and then the Wine Shop. There is a nice bell to ring to let us know you have arrived :) Things to note: - Some walking on hilly or rocky areas is part of the tour. - Children are very welcome to participate for free - We will provide a small tasting of our wines, not full glasses, so that you can of course drive after your visit! - If you would like some water or crackers feel free to ask

I will guide on a tour of "Poggi del Chianti Winery", in a XIX century farm where myself and my family produce organic wines and extra virgin olive oil. The winery is located between the villages of Cavriglia and Gaiole in Chianti, upon the Morellino hill, around 1 hour from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The experience it’s organized in 2 parts: A walk-in around “educative” full of informations, a wine tasting relaxfull flavorfull and tastefull. The tour moves from the outside to the inside of the winery, focusing on the winemaking processes and the Tuscan traditions. At the end of the visit, the tasting of the wines paired whit some seasonal snacks: white, roseè, Chianti and Chianti Classico, Supertuscan….Evo Oil. The tasting part it will be casual, no technical. Arriving by your own car it's warm suggested. By public transportation from FLORENCE or AREZZO we are reachable by Trains, there is not a good Bus service. The closer train Station is “MONTEVARCHI TERRANUOVA”. From the local train station to the winery I can organise a pick up service ( the cost of the transportation is not included).

When all the people of the Group arrive at the winery, they have to know each other to create the right atmosphere and friendship and i'll explain how consist the wine-experience. In the beginning, will take a short walk among the vineyards and olive trees. You'll see the very old vines, 90 years old (some ungrafted) and the "baby" vines, 5 years old. I'll explain how we work organically and how we produce excellent grapes. After you'll discover 3 different cellars, The Vinsantaia, the place where the Vinsanto (dessert wine) is made, La Tinaia where the Chianti DOCG and SuperTuscan ferment and the last is the Barriccaia, a 200 years old cellar totally underground, where the wine age in french oak barrell. At the end you'll taste 5 different wines with typical salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato from our organic garden and cantuccini cookies. If you have any food restrictions/allergy, please let me know in advance. You'll jump into the journey of a professional winemaker. You'll be full involved in the wine-experience, lots of information and at the end of the experience you have lots of great memories, good knowledge about wines and lots of smile on your face. Guests arrive in Piazza San Giovanni, the magnificent Piazza del Battistero, where historic buildings (such as the Palazzo del Magnifico and the Archiepiscopal Curia) are erected and the back of the Cathedral, sparkling with white and black marble and the majestic staircase. At the entrance, the guests can admire the original drawing of the Baptistery of Siena, unfinished due to the plague and two drawings made by famous architects, Louis Khan and Le Corbusier whose originals are no longer in Italy. Once here, guests have to go down, reaching an unique and inaccessible place, where the water once flowed. The "bottini" are buildings of medieval origin that brought water to the city of Siena. You will see a medieval well, an Etruscan hut dating back over 2500 years and a sandstone sediment dating back over 1 million years ago when Siena was below sea level. There you can see historical fossils. You will see another "bottino" as well used also as jail by The Noble Pandolfo Petrucci. After you can enjoy the real and unique experience of the wine tasting in our wineshop. Once the experience is over, guests can buy some bottles as a souvenir.

Per gli adulti: visiteremo l'azienda San Giorgio A Lapi e degusteremo insieme alla famiglia Simoni i vini della cantina, sopriremo i sapori e i profumi della nostra terra, scopriremo le differenze tra un Chianti e un Chianti Classico, impareremo il territorio e le peculiarità sui vini di questa regione. Per i ragazzi (6/12ANNI): Esperienza alla scoperta della natura, con passeggiata nella campagna, visita degli animali di San Giorgio, delle piante che rendono unico questo territorio con laboratorio d'arte utilizzando fiori e piante.

Reachable only by car, Better be self-driven because there aren't public means neither taxi in chianti. My experience satisfies guidelines for safe food Handling, I have the Haccp certificate. Please let me know if you may have any dietary restrictions or allergies so that i Will be sure to avoid that ingredients. We will cook traditional tuscany dishes in an ancient kitchen, originally of the medieval age, including homemade pasta, peposo (a traditional stew) and tiramisu', meantime I tell you the history of these dishes and of our farm. During this experience you will taste and drink our Chianti Classico Wine and you will visit our familiar farm including the cellar. To prepare the four-course meal we will use only locally seasonal products and at the end you will enjoy, weather permitting, your meal in the garden surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with relax, peace and a stunning view of chianti landscape. It will be availability to do the cooking class in the afternoon ending with dinner 5.00-9.30 p.m. (only in spring and summer season), please let me know if you are interesting in it, same menu and cost. You will attend an extraordinary Opera concert in a beautiful and charming concert hall, in the heart of the historical centre of Siena. You will have the pleasure of hearing the finest arias and duets drawn from the best-known Italian Operas such as La Bohème, La Traviata, Madame Butterfly and many more, performed by great artists from major Opera Houses both Italian and international. On your arrival you will be welcomed by Roberto, your host for this experience, who will show you to your seats in the first rows of the Auditorium. During the break, your host will offer you a glass of one of the most famous wines of Italy: Prosecco. At the end of the show your host will accompany you backstage to let you meet the artists and take photos with them. Guests may also like to chat with the artists and ask about their musical careers and their experiences in concerts in Italy and around the world.

I nostri ospiti inizieranno l'esperienza immergendosi nella campagna toscana e raggiungeranno il vigneto all'interno del quale è situato un casale dove proveranno l'esperienza di cucinare pasta fresca, bruschette e dolce. Saranno impegnati con ricette e consigli dello chef Simone e gusteranno il vino prodotto dalle stesse viti che ammireranno gustando i buoni piatti da loro preparati.
