Discovering Chianti is a unique and delicious experience, especially if done with an expert. By taking part to this tour, you will travel thought breathtaking Tuscan landscapes, enjoying the typical hills and vineyards. You'll will visit 3 wineries: a beautiful luxurious winery villa, then two small local family winery, where you will have the chance to learn about production processes, visit the cellars and taste their wines, paired with traditional Tuscan appetizers and extravirgin olive oil. The itinerary will then lead you the hearth of Chianti: here you’ll have the impression to be inside a movie, thanks to the rolling hills around it and the extremely narrow streets that create a magical atmosphere. We will finally arrive in Greve in Chianti and admire its unique square. This is the capital of Chianti Classico wine area. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! After that you should choose 15 of your favorite photos (25 photos in private booking) for editing. In 12 hours will send cool edited photos back. I am making an Art and my eyes of view helps me to catch the natural moments with sincere, warm feelings. I am editing photos very naturally for not to lose true light and nativity. Besides these I am helping about posing and feeling relax in order to get beautiful photos. Knowing psychology helps me to make my guests feel comfortable, relax and positive during the photo shoot. Bring with you a big appetite, as you will be able to taste 10 cheeses and 10 wines, as well as a full Tuscan style lunch. We will meet in Florence and after getting to know eachother, we will head towards the hills of Florence. You will be able to see vineyards and the olive trees that are used to make our olive oil. Our first stop will be an authentic winery, We will show you the machinery used in making the wine and then you will be able to taste the cheese and have it paired with the farm's wine. Our next stop will be another Chianti farmhouse. We will stop to take some pictures while our cook will prepare a big spread for lunch, aswell as more cheese to taste. There will also be a first course, second course and gelato. The food will be paired with prosecco, sparkling rose and then some more reds. At the end, we will return to Florence so that you may get ready for another evening

Dopo le presentazioni ci adageremo sul materassino e inizieremo la nostra pratica Vinyasa Yoga che è adatta a chi non ha mai praticato yoga così come a chi pratica yoga tutti i giorni. Grazie anche alla musica Zen e alla vista, al termine dell'ora di yoga ci sentiremo molto più rilassati e in forma migliore. A volte, per ravvivare il nostro incontro, alcune favolose persone di Firenze si uniranno a noi, offrendo le loro esperienze locali con un pizzico di aneddoti e un pizzico di suggerimenti sulle cose più belle da fare! Ricostruiremo la Firenze medievale di Dante passeggiando fra le sue torri centenarie mentre ne rivivremo la crescita e fortuna attraverso gli occhi (ed i possedimenti) dei Medici. L'obiettivo è quello di rendervi Firenze un luogo familiare, a cui tornare con piacere, grazie al dialogo che istaurerete con le sue "mura": ogni luogo parla di sè; non esistono città deludenti, solo ascoltatori poco attenti.

We will visit the historical butcher shop where you will be overwhelmed by taste, while sampling their products and you will enjoy an Aperitivo. As a perfect conclusion of the tour, you will be driven to Florence. Other things to note: Clothing: dress comfortably/weather appropriately.
