The house is located between Agen and Bordeaux, 10 minutes from the A62 Marmande motorway exit (Bordeaux 1 hour, Toulouse 1 hour 20 minutes), 9 km from the Casteljaloux thermal baths, in the countryside and forest of Mas d'Agenais, in a green and peaceful.
The bedroom, with access by a wooden staircase, is located upstairs. The bathroom and the toilets are shared with the second bedroom.
