If you want to splurge and have a great tasting menu, this is the place (approx. $80 for a 5-course meal and an extra approx. $75 for a wine pairing with each plate). The tasting menu changes frequently to feature different ingredients (I have seen corn, chocolate, tomato). Focus on Canadian roots.
