Cross over Bell St to the Preston end of High Street and you'll find this tiny place in a little mall. It doesn't look like much but it's really cheap and all the noodles and dumplings are hand made.

Hire a boat or a canoe and have a paddle. Enjoy food and drink from the tea house or just go for a walk.
Take the 86 tram south to the Westgarth end of High st, get off at Stop #26 and from there's about 20 mins/2km walk. Or, get train to Clifton Hill and change to the Hurstbridge line, get off at Dennis station and it's an 800m walk.
If you're feeling active it's only 4.5km to walk there directly from the house.
