A great walkway and cycleway that runs right behind our home stretching from Roslin for Rosslyn Chapel and Roslin Glen country park, to Shawfair railway station passing Straiton Pond and Nature Reserve. You can also walk along here to get to the center of Loanhead. For refreshments, at one end of the pathway you will find The Original Rosslyn Hotel Bar Restaurant and at the other end The Old Colliery Pub Restaurant.

Lasswade RoadA great walkway and cycleway that runs right behind our home stretching from Roslin for Rosslyn Chapel and Roslin Glen country park, to Shawfair railway station passing Straiton Pond and Nature Reserve. You can also walk along here to get to the center of Loanhead.
