It's a grocery store. It's called Food Lion, or better known as the "Food Dog". But not for the food, the logo looks more like a dog than a lion. It's also more fun to say, "I'm running up to the Food Dog to grab some juice" I think. It's got pretty much anything you need, but it does get busy at peak times because it's the best thing on the island. You can also consider the Sea Merchant on Cape Fear Blvd for basics.
