Roots to Farm Cafe Our café provides an outlet for fresh produce grown on our small farm in Tijeras. In addition, by offering local fare and by working with local farmers and producers, Roots Farm Café is able to offer wholesome, fresh, and delicious food while simultaneously helping support our community. Our menu is constantly shifting from day to day and from season to season as we strive to provide fresh meals that are in step with what is growing in the area. In addition to serving homemade dishes, Roots Farm Café will also serve as a comfortable meeting space where all are welcome to stop in, hang out, and learn more about what’s happening at our farm and at our learning center.
