This is one of the most beautiful day trip hikes in Whittier! Since the trail starts in Whittier you'll have to coordinate your time with the tunnel travel. You can find the tunnel times online.
This trail has a beautiful view for the short distance up! You can either determine to go to the top and down to the glacial lake, or just take in the scenery. In mid summer this is a spectacular spot for blueberry picking.
