We hope you feel as confortable as in your own house and enjoy a lot these days near the beach. In this guide you have some practical issues to manage the house, suggestions and house rules. I let you know that you can get the keys of the house the day you arrive until 22:30 for free. If you are going to arrive later you have to inform us for a support person to be in the house after this time and you will have to pay 40 extra euros for the service. After 12:30 in the night you can not arrive the house. In any case please inform us the time you arrive the villa please. ACCOMODATION GUIDE Wellcome to our house!! Thank you very much and enjoy your days at the beach! PRACTICAL ISSUES TO MANAGE THE HOUSE Butane gas: you will find a butane bottle in the basement bathroom entrance. It is open when you can see the flame icon. Kitchen: press any of the buttons until the flame ignites. If it doesn´t ignite check the butane gas bottle is open. Dishwasher: First of all you press the On button (left hand). The program is already set. You just have to lightly press the start button and in one second it will begin. It makes almost no noise at all. Beds are made up with fresh sheets. There are some extra sheets, pillows and covers in the main bedroom closet. You have fresh towels in the basement bathroom. Also beach colored towels for the beach. Please do not use beach towels for the house and vice versa, sand gets all around the house otherwise. You have empty closets to set your personal belongings in bedrooms and toilets. You will find a first aid kit in one of the basement bathroom drawer. Lights: there are columns ambient lights. Please switch them off during the day. Entrance parking: there is a city hall parking fee paid for our house (vado). Nobody can park in front of the big fence door. You also have a little supermarket in the parallel street. HOUSE RULES We want to inform you about the house rules so you can have a pleasant stay in our house. For any further information contact the host. Every guest is expected to follow the House Rules. •Accommodation is free from 15:00 until 22.30 on the day of arrival. If you are going to arrive later you have to inform us for a support person to be in the house after this time and you will have to pay 40 extra euros for the service. After 12:30 in the night you can not arrive the house. The day of your departure you will have to leave the house by 12 a.m. and give the key to the support person who will check that everything is ok. Please contact us in case you have a late flight. •During the stay, guests need to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. Garbage bin is next to the garage entrance. It is desirable to leave the house as it was on the arrival. Detailed cleaning and tidying is done by the host every time new guests come. •Host provides cleaning of the swimming pool every week. The person who take care of the swimming pool comes every Tuesday and Friday 10 to 15 minutes in the morning. He has a fence-door key and never gets into the house. •For your security we appreciate you do not enter the house wet after having used the swimming pool. •It is not allowed to use the swimming pool eating or drinking any kind of food or beverage. •Host provides guests with towels, bedlinen, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, cleansers, liquids for washing the dishes. •Bedlinen is included in the price of stay and gets changed when new guests come. •Guest are kindly requested to take care of their possessions and valuable things left in the accommodation unit because the host is not responsible for their eventual loss. The host will do everything that is in his power to protect and warn the guests about the possible danger. •Do not leave your valuable things in cars. •We kindly ask you to turn off electrical appliances (except eventually one light), the windows and doors when leaving the house. •Please, close parasols on the terrace during poor weather or before leaving the house. •It is not allowed to bring pets in the house or the exteriors. •It is not allowed to organize partys or events in the house. •Smoking is not allowed, as well as lighting the candles. We appreciate you respect the rules. •We kindly ask smokers to use space outside the house, the big terraces for smoking, using the ashtray. •It is not allowed to light fire outside the determined places. Fire can be lit in the fireplace, in the back side of the house. Barbecuing in the fireplace inside the house is not allowed. Please, do pay special attention when using fireplaces outside. Do check the fire is out before leaving the house and do not let it unsupervised. •It is not allowed to move the furniture inside the house or move the furniture from the interior to the exterior of the house unless white 4 terrace chairs that you will find in the playroom next to the swimming pool. •We appreciate you wear slippers inside the house. •Persons who are not registered are not allowed to spend a night in the house without the host's permission. •If guests intend to be absent for two days or more, host needs to be informed in advance. •In case devices malfunction and the equipment breaks down within the accommodation, inform the host immediately and the same will be fixed as soon as possible.
