Daylight means a profusion of birds at our doorstep and the night brings a blanket of stars above. There is never a dull moment in the deep serenity of this place.

This forest range shares a boundary with a temple, a new college building and its older, original ruins ( with staff rooms with fireplaces, built almost hundred years ago), and a busy market centre! A forest guard takes you on a hike and shares stories of the jungle while looking out for a wildlife sighting!
