The Arboretum is wonderful whatever the season. Just walking in the main gate (only a few blocks from our house) - the sweep of nature never fails to be a pleasure. Not to mention the serious horticulture going on there. We love it --

The American Wing is always of interest - the way they have interspersed objects and art. There is always an interesting exhibit or two. Plus the architecture of the main area is a treat.
