The new name for Lake Calhoun. This together with Lake of the Isles and Lake Harriet make up a continuous chain of biking and walking paths connecting the lakes' park system. Bde Maka Ska has a beach, boat rental and a little lakeside dining cafe. Lake of the Isles has canoe rentals, a dog park and spectacular views. Lake Harriet has a cafe, boat rentals, beach and a band shell with live music all summer long.
