Our favourite places to visit in Queens Park
These are places that we would recommend to all of our guests who want to get a real feel for the local way of living in the gorgeous area of Queens Park.
This is an area that is so close to the city of London itself and yet, it has a real village feel to it.
You never know, you may even see us hanging around having a coffee or having a mooch about in the local bookshops or even having our nails done or a quick visit to our local hair salon!
Most things you need for your holiday can be found, if not in Queens Park, then certainly very near by.

This is a place where all the locals go so you will get a real feel for local life living - we HIGHLY recommend it.
DON'T miss a trip to Hugo's on Lonsdale Road.
This gorgeous private road is fantasticly secluded and you can enjoy some of the most delicious organic food at Hugo's.
ALL the locals go here and it would be a shame to miss it. Say "hello" to Nick for us - he's the owner and he's usually around :)

There is everything you need here for a visit from a bandstand, a massive children's playground to a great hustling bustling café to make your visit complete.

Again, this is where all the locals go for a day out in the park and you'll get a real feel for what it's like in a local London park - you know that so many Londoners use their parks like a back yard or it's their version of a trip to the beach (for those of you who come from countries where beaches are just up the road!)
There is everything you need here for a visit from a bandstand, a massive children's playground to a great hustling bustling café to make your visit complete.
Fancy some quiet time reading and away from the noise? Or your kids need somewhere to study whilst away on holidays (I know my kids have needed to study whilst on holidays at times).

It has a Sainsbury's, a Superdrug, a Holland and Barrett, a plethora of banks, an Aldi, a WHSmiths.......well, it has pretty much whatever you need from a high street and more.
So, don't spend your time in our apartment wondering where you're going to get your 'stuff' - just head to Kilburn High Road
Oh, and it's got some of the best London bus routes too - going in all directions (Camden, Wembley, London, Royal Albert Hall.......and, and, and!)

This area is so steeped in access to public transport it's hard to knwo which mode to use.
We give a detailed manual in all of our apartments as to how to get around London from the area but, suffice to say, the buses, overground and tube stations are abundant. But, if you feel like getting a cab home too, it won't break the bank account. All of our apartments are so well located to most of London's nightlife that you can easily get home in one of our recommended cabs - please look at your emails for our recommendations as we would definitely NOT recommend using Black cabs if you are on a budget
