My favorite treat is called the Big Wheel... it's an individual cake with creme in the middle. Their sandwiches are also fantastic- don't neglect the house made pickles! My friends also love their donuts.

Our family eats at Jimmy Hula's embarrassingly often. Their food is consistent, unique, and delicious. Ask for an off menu taco, the kickin' chicken: it has coleslaw and crispy chicken. Delish. The killer is a great fish taco.

This museum is tiny- pair it with a trip to Park Avenue and/or the Farmers' Market. It highlights a piece of Winter Park history. Thoughtful curators. They also always have a little kids' play area. I find the exhibit to be small but always feel impacted and enlightened when I go.

Family/Kid Spots
These are the best spots nearby to take kids. Trust us, we've tried them all!
Community Playground (aka MLK Jr. Park) is one of the biggest and best playgrounds in the area. The play structure is classic wood. This is best for older kids as the wood can block sight of small toddlers. However, the entire playground is fenced in. Bring some bread to feed the ducks on the lake next to the park!

Huge park, and the closest large park to this Airbnb listing. It has a great "rolly" slide made of cylinders to make kids (and grown ups!) go down extra fast! This playground has wooded walking trails. There is a big playground for all ages, and a small separate playground for toddlers and smaller kids. Numerous pavilions and an indoor restroom. Tennis courts too!

This is great for all ages to stroll around the boardwalk that goes all the way around the lake. However there's a fenced playground for kids of all ages. The park is also right next to the train/SunRail so the kids love to wave at passengers. Bring some snacks for the duckies!

การเดินทาง
A Car is Best
Uber and Lyft are aplenty, but you will find it easiest to get around if you have your own vehicle. Parking the vehicle around town isn't very expensive (except at theme parks). The SunRail is a good weekday option to go Downtown Orlando.
