Essentials
Closest grocery store to our home; good for essentials especially packaged products. Not as good for fresh fruit and veggies but usually OK. Head to Fortinos for better selection (and higher prices)

Our go-to grocery store for most essentials, good selection and prices are not the lowest they are usually OK (better than Sobey's we're told). If you want to save money head to No Frills instead. They now serve a number of hot meals including Pane Fresco pizza and my favorite the Noodle Bar (Yakisoba with Shrimp is pretty darn good). Beer and wine available as well.
