Farmers Market

“This is one of my personal favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning... grab some fresh, local produce, fresh cut flowers, a coffee and a homemade baked good! Biggest farmers market in the city on Saturday mornings (huge white tent located behind the market). Antique market on Sunday mornings. The main part of the market is open Tuesday - Saturday. The have a great selection of fresh meat, fish etc including harder to find cuts of meat and seafood. Also, a great place to go to have lunch. Really good bagel places, bakeries, sandwich joints etc. ”

“Great place where to take picture of Toronto Skyline. You can take public Ferry from Harbour Front ($7 for roundtrip) or take water taxi ($10 for one way but you can take public ferry back for free). You can take bicycle on the ferry or you can rent it at the island. There is also a cool sandy beach where you can swim in Lake Ontario. ”
