“Great area for nightlife. Lots of bars, food and music. Check out the Boxpark beside Shoreditch High St Station which offers a variety of food options and bars. To arrive, take an overground train to Shoreditch High St from Brockley Station (approx 20 mins on the train). There are also Goose Island and Brewdog bars within 5 mins of the station if you're a fan of craft beers/IPAs”

“The entire area has had £4bn spent on it in the 25 years I've lived here and it is now a very desirable area to live, work or socialise. The two stations of King's Cross and St. Pancras have been meticulously restored to their former 19th century grandeur boasting the zenith of the industrial revolution when ralway trains were steam powered. Google are constructing their UK HQ here. The University of the Arts (London) is located here now and the students bring vibrancy to the area and some stunning fashions! Because the streets are populated almost 24/7 it has become a safe area to walk around, not to mention it being one of the most CCTV sureveilled places in the world. ”

“Clapham, South West London, has spread outwards over the years, and now straddles both the Lambeth and Wandsworth boroughs. It can broadly be divided into four areas - Clapham North, Clapham Old Town, Clapham South and Clapham Junction - and is one of the most popular places to live in London. It's nearest neighbour is the trendy Brixton, so you won't be short of places to go for a night out close to home. With a distance of two miles between North and Junction, these areas are reasonably distinct and can each be considered to have their own particular 'tribes'. Famous faces such as JK Rowling, Piers Morgan and the Redgrave acting clan have all lived there at some point, so whichever area you choose, there's a high chance you will be in good company. ”

“Islington is one of London’s trendiest, most eclectic neighbourhoods, boasting a rich history and a strong sense of community. The area's posh-meets-street vibe is a magnet for creative types: locals have included George Orwell, Lily Allen and what seems like half the cast of popular soap EastEnders.”
