“Housed in a hulk of a building (originally a pumping station) on the busy traffic artery of Avenida del Libertador, the National Museum of Fine Arts is a vast treasury of Argentinian and Latin American art and painting from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as one of the most important in Latin America. In the dozens of rooms you'll find heavyweight Argentinian artists. Although the emphasis here is on Latin American art, you'll also find important collections of European art and a smattering of American and Asian art. From Tuesday to Friday, 12:30pm to 8:30pm Saturday & Sunday, 9:30am to 8:30pm”

“The monument overlooking Rio de Janeiro have beyond breathtaking views. It is considered one of the seven new wonders of the world. There are three ways to get to it. You can take a train, van or hike. The train is the most famous and traditional way. The train will take you through Atlantic Forest almost to the top of the Corcovado Mountain. Make sure to have you camera ready and look to the right when the train is almost in the top. I suggest to pick a beautiful sunny day, so you don't miss any of the spectaculars views. ”

“• The Obelisk (Monserrat): The "Obelisco" reminds in each of its faces a historical "porteño" fact: the first foundation, in 1536; the second and definitive, in 1580; the first time the National flag was raised in the city, in 1812 (in the church of San Nicolás, which was raised precisely where nowadays the "Obelisco" stands); and the constitution of Buenos Aires as the Argentine capital in 1880. ”

“Vasconcelos Library is one of the Mexico City's biggest and most accessible public libraries. Loaded with books, there's also art and exhibition room in one of the city's most alluring public spaces. Is the masterpiece of contemporary engineer Alberto Kanach, a sort of modern conclave built in the middle of a surrealist garden in Buenavista, Mexico City. Inside, one can wander through the hundreds of square-shaped shelves that embellish its crystal halls. Even though their archive only contains 575 thousand books (collected through its nine years of existence), its subject classification is large. It also has a children’s library, a multimedia room, computers and reading stations”
