This spacious flat (100m²) provides a homely environment. It’s ideal for families or groups with lots of space and 3 full bathrooms. The flat is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, heating, TV and cooking utensils for guests. Recently (January 2020) a new air conditioning system has been installed to keep the entire apartment fresh in summer. It's in a calm, quiet neighborhood but right next to the city's top attractions like the Retiro Park, where you can go paddle boating, visit the crystal palace and much more. It's well-connected by public transport and next to the Atocha Station.

The house is just a 10-minute walking distance to the Prado and Reina Sofía Museums and only 15 minutes from the Thyssen Museum. It’s also 10 minutes walking to the Retiro Park and 5 minutes from the Atocha Train station should you wish to travel outside of the city. This neighborhood has everything close by such as a pharmacy, grocery store, ATM, etc. We have a printed guide inside the home for you to use with all of this information in more detail.
