The space is newly built and clean and quiet. It has a private entrance (with code locks). at side of our family house. You will have total privacy and can come and go when you please. We are friendly, but you don't have to mix with the family if you don't want to! There is a patio where you can sit out and enjoy the fresh air and the garden views. Please note, there is only microwave cooking available in the studio. There is a fridge for snacks and cold drinks, and there are tea and coffee making facilities. Sorry but no smoking allowed on the premises.
You will be able to use the studio room and the outside lower patio and the garden.
We are a family of four. My wife is from Brazil, so Portuguese is spoken here. One of us will usually meet you and welcome you when you arrive and we can assist you with information to help you enjoy your visit.

We do not deal with customers outside the Airbnb platform, so please do not ask us whether we take cash or make private arrangements. Damages caused by guests, such as stains or broken furniture will be charged at our discretion. This is a family neighbourhood so we must ask you to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11 pm and 8am. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
