This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a duplex. The apartment has a full Kitchen, living/dining room area and one bathroom. Unit is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, utensils, toaster and split Fijitsu air conditioning in each room.

Centrally located near H-1 freeway off/on ramp, University of Hawaii, and less than 5 minutes drive to Waikiki. Within walking distance to Foodland at Market City Shopping Center, Kapahulu Safeway, and Hawaii's famous Leonard's Bakery, known for it's Malasadas.

1. CHECK-IN TIME is 2:00 pm and CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon prior to your arrival.
2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
3. PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $200 is required, it is fully refundable at time of CHECK-OUT, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents/services during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen counter and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens, towels, etc. are lost or damaged.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Fairway.
5. PAYMENT - Payment to be made in full to airbnb.com
6. CANCELATIONS - Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is (5).
8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES An ONE (1) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however, is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates stated in this rental agreement are confirmed, no changes apply.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

お部屋の広さはファミリーにはとても良い広さでした。 場所はワイキキから少し離れているので、車は必要な所です。 キッチンは広くて料理するにはとても良いです。 室内での喫煙はダメですが、裏庭には喫煙出来るテラスが有りました。

We had a good time in the airbnb. It was just right for our 2-couple group. Location was convenient, the apartment was well appointed, and everything worked as expected. Mahalo Mario!

가족들과 함께한 하와이 여행~ 친절한 호스트의 진심 어린 배려 덕분에 정말 훌륭하게 보냈습니다^^ 일단 시설 부분에서는 성인 5명이 7일 동안 지내기에 넓고 쾌적하고 청결했습니다~ 세탁기, 세탁물 건조기 부터 시작하여 비치타올 등등~~ 그냥 몸만 가면 될 만큼 풍족하고 청결하게 모든 것들이 준비되어있어 마음까지 넉넉해지는 느낌이었습니다ㅎ~ 여행 중 궁금증이나 도움은 호스트께 부탁드렸고~ 친절한 도움 덕분에 처음한 하와이 여행임에도 전혀 불편함은 없었습니다^^ 주차장이 따로 마련되어 있어 무료 주차 등 렌트카 주차에 대한 걱정은 전혀 없었으며, 조용한 장소라 투어 후 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 특히 호스트님께서 한국어, 영어 등에 능통하셔서 다양한 도움을 받는데 어려움은 없었습니다~ 전반적으로 내집처럼 편안한 느낌~~!! 다음에도 기회가 된다면 다시 또 이곳을 이용하고 싶습니다~~

They contacted us well in advance to make sure that someone could meet us for check/in. Check-in went very easily. The apartment is walkable (longish walk) to Waikiki and easy walk to restaurants, groceries, bus, etc. I also walked university in about 15 minutes. The bathroom and floors could have been a bit cleaner. The apartment was comfortable with a fully ready kitchen, tv, AC, etc. We were woken a lot from noise from upstairs apartment. For a place that accommodates several people, might be better to have another way besides one remote to enter the garage/apartment. The owners were responsive when we texted.

매우 만족스러웠습니다. 주인아주머니도 매우 친절하셨고, 시설안내나 여행 정보에 대해서도 상세히 설명해 주셨어요. 물놀이에 필요한 여러 기구들도 빌릴 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 집 내부에도 여러 시설들이 무료이면서 편리하게 세팅되어 있어 불편함은 없었습니다. 차를 렌트해서 다녔는데 개인 차고지가 무료로 사용할 수 있어서 안전하고 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 기회가 된다고 꼭 이곳으로 다시 와서 장기가 머물고 싶네요.

Amazing property! Very neat, clean and great access to nearby beaches, restaurants and fun. 1000% recommended and great amenities on property including washer/dryer and nice quiet rooms! FANTASTIC!!!
