All of our cabins ARE stocked with basic kitchen supplies, however, if asked directly about any olive oil, salt, etc., we could have relayed the exact information you were looking for. The check in code is emailed to you the morning of your arrival date so you should have had it in your email. Sometimes, they do end up in junk or spam. We do have an "after hours phone overflow" company that catches our overflow calls so we can promptly return your call. We were in the office at 4pm on a Saturday, but were most likely caught up assisting other guest. Each of our cabins clearly describes the amenities provided, especially if it is a wood or gas fireplace. It seems you may have accidentally looked that over. We apologize the tarp was not placed over the wood properly, making the wood wet. I will get with our property manager to make sure that doesn't happen again. Our maintenance team would have been more than happy to send a technician out to ensure that your hot tub was up and running properly for you to enjoy, had you given us the chance. We are regretful your trip did not goes as expected, and wish we had played a bigger role in resolving each of your inconveniences. We hope you will reconsider in the future.
