This classic, recently remodeled home in a classic tree-lined Palo Alto neighborhood sleeps 8 and has three bedrooms -- two on the ground floor, and one upstairs.
The front door opens into the nicely furnished living area. To the right is the first bedroom and the hallway which leads to a bathroom and a second bedroom. Beyond the living area is a dining area with a large table perfect for large family meals. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the kitchen supplies and appliances you'll need, is next, and it includes a dining nook. The spacious upstairs loft has the third bedroom along another bathroom.
Outside the kitchen is the back yard where you'll find the garage that's been converted to a little cottage. This cottage is not part of this listing, and it may be occupied by other guests.
The laundry area is in the back of the cottage / converted garage in the back yard.
The sleeping arrangements of the home are as follows:
- The first bedroom sleeps two on the twin-sized bunk beds.
- The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, which sleeps two.
- The upstairs loft has a queen-sized bed for two, plus a fold-out couch for one, and we have a mattress available for an eight person.
The house is yours to enjoy -- make yourself at home!
The property manager lives just 10 minutes away in case there are any issues.
You can park one car in the driveway, and your other cars on the street. There are rarely any issues finding space to park.
We ask that you treat the home with the same respect and care as you would your own! The owners have put a lot of sweat into the renovations, and the home has many thoughtful touches.

I know it's a stereotype here ... but I have a high-tech background and a life-long penchant for real estate. I have my broker's license (though I don't actively buy or sell homes), and that license enables me by CA law to manage other people's properties. I now manage about 15 properties. I'm slowly growing my business, focusing on quality rather than quantity. I pride myself on providing a top-notch white-glove service to both my clients (homeowners) and guests, and I'm slowly building out my team.

Favorite food ... tough question. I love almost everything, but I have a particular weakness for French, Vietnamese, and Cajun.
I'm a very respectful host -- I love to help guests out with as much information as they need about my place and about things to do, but also give them all the space they want. Communication is key -- in both directions!
