If you are visiting beirut for a month or more, our cozy appartement is just the place to call home.
We are located a few minutes away from all the attractions in beirut, and comfortably sitting up on the 6th floor with a beirut vs mountain view.
Join us!

The spacious open flat , combines the entrance, the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.
Its a modern, minimalistic and well designed appartement. Sunlight is always warming our balcony as you can watch it set from the coolest rooftop.

As beautiful as the appartement is, nothing matches the cool company that comes along; a sports coach and a designer.
We both work extensively thus we leave the house under the protection of our Pomeranian guard dog.
The house is calm most of the time, we tend to be outdoor people. Even when we are in, we like low volume.

Fully equipped kitchen, furnished living area, 2 shared bathrooms, and the private master bedroom, walk in closet, with the huge bathroom and jacuzzi.

We are friendly people and like to share. After all, our guest is out roomate.

Tina is a great host . She waited for me on arrival to settle down and showed me around . On top of that she is very fast responsive whenever you need her . Her apartment how a master piece of art with the beautiful decoration . It's well located only 10 mins maximum by car to get to downtown and other famous spots and neighborhood in Beirut .

Tina welcomed us kindly into her spacious apartment and was eager to share her cooking and coffee. She is a well-traveled individual who very capably makes travelers feel at home; unfortunately she is off on an adventure this spring so she may not be able to meet you in person. However, I have no doubt that she'll facilitate your stay. Tina ensured we had wifi for our stay per my request and offered us access to very well-equipped kitchen and was always helpful, and will speak to you in French, English, Arabic and no doubt several other languages. Sin El Fil, where Tina's apartment is located, is perhaps not Beirut's most scenic neighborhood, nor its most centrally located, but taxis are almost always available and can get you where you need to go - a ten minute ride in moderate traffic to Sassine or Sodeco Square for the modest sum of 2,000 Lebanese pounds (roughly $1.30.) You will need to take a taxi - don't fool yourself into thinking you'll walk to downtown as Beirut is a highly motorized city and walking is both difficult and unenjoyable unless you are already in your desired quarter. While Tina's house is close to a large grocery store and several restaurants, it is likely that most of your business and pleasure in Beirut will require a taxi ride both ways. Due to the convenient road that allows you many taxi opportunities, you can expect a great deal of "background" noise from Beirut traffic who New York City drivers look like driver's ed students. This particular room is spacious and well-equipped with a grand bed. The jacuzzi is a nice touch and hot water is always available. You may find that a great deal of the water from a shower finds its way to the floor and, if you are not careful or fail to quickly mop it up, into your room. This is something that Tina will probably have fixed soon but it is something you should be aware of nonetheless as the water can potentially make it several feet from the bathroom before you notice it. Unless you take very quick showers, be prepared to do a bit of clean-up. The wireless at Tina's is good (for Beirut, which has dismal internet generally) but is difficult to access from this room unless you are in the first anteroom. Tina may add a wifi extender or change the location of the router so this too is easily fixed. All in all, this is an excellent spot for a couple or single adventure in Beirut looking to meet a very generous host and her friends.

I am a young hospitable dynamic female. Designer by profession and innovator by lifestyle; I live to create!
My personal house is somehow a guest house, full of life and people around the clock. Being a people person, I put the well-being of my guests at the top of my priorities; I aim at creating and maintaining friendly relationships.

Throughout my few years, I have managed to acquire experiences from different domains including fashion and accessories design, window displays, lighting and furniture design, and interior architecture. From what I've learned, I conceived my up-cycled cozy guest house!

When I'm not designing, my main activities revolve around adventure, sports and culture. Between camping and hiking, juggling and dancing, yoga and meditation, life is so much fun!
I hope you get to visit our lively city one day, and while you're here, drop by!
