We are regretful to hear of the guests' experience while staying in our property. For the location, we have all details disclosed on the advert. Please note that the guests arrived by themselves, which we gave them specififc instructions regarding meet up points and arrival procedures. We also verified their arrival time on the meeting for us to arrange our staff to meet them. The guests gave us a different arrival time compared to the actual time they arrived which we managed our staff to meet them last minute. With regards to the taxi paid by the guests, it was clearly stated on our arrival procedures that guests will be paying for the taxi from the meeting point going to the property. Everything was clearly instructed to the guests to avoid miscommunication upon arrival. Majority of our guests are happy with the service of our staff but sometimes the staff of our residents can be misconstrued as rude because of the inability to fully express themselves in English. Electricity is dependent on the guest’s use of the airconditining, A 2 bedroom apartment is expected to consume average 80 bahts per day. And to be fair and transparent with our guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room. And regarding the TV, we informed the guests that we need to take the TV to the shop since we need to urgently fix it for the guests to use while staying in the property, which guests might misunderstood. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Coco back in Phuket soon.
