This is a comfortable, fully equipped holiday home with its own private jetty and views over Wyee Bay. Free WiFi, continental breakfast, tea, coffee, quality linen, bedding and towels are provided.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen and dining area, and a bright living room with TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and a large deck overlooking the jetty. There are two well presented bedrooms, with double bed in one bedroom and twin singles in the other, and a large bathroom with spa bath.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, including the main one, which has a queen bed, walk through wardrobe and views over the bay. On the lower ground floor is a rumpus room and a bathroom, equipped with toilet and laundry facilities.

Premises, Duration and Number of Guests
The guest has the right to occupy 7 Kenilworth St, Mannering Park, 2259. The stay begins o(URL HIDDEN) and end o(URL HIDDEN) . The check-in time is 11am and the check-out time is 2pm unless one party arrives on the same day as another departs, in which case the check-out and check-in times on that day are reversed (11am and 2pm, respectively). The number of people allowed to stay overnight at the home i(URL HIDDEN)adults an(URL HIDDEN) children (under 15 years). Contravention of this rule or unnecessary use of extra beds may result in extra charges. Unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
Guest Responsible for Security and State
To safeguard the property’s contents, curtains must be closed on departure. Doors and windows must be locked, including those to the front, back, downstairs. House keys must be left as they are found. The guest will also be liable for, and must promptly notify the agent of, damage other than from fair wear and tear, including damage from accidents and excessive mess.
Cleaning
The property will be clean on arrival and will be cleaned after the guests’ departure. Any spills and stains must be cleaned up promptly by the guest.
Smoking and Litter
Smoking is not permitted on the property. All rubbish must be placed in the garbage bins provided.
Linen
Linen, bedding and towels are provided and beds are made up on arrival. Any wet towels must be hung to dry on the towel rails.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement and payment has been made. Pets must be provided with a suitable sleeping container are only permitted in on the lower ground floor.
Access arrangements will be emailed on receipt of the full amount. Paper receipts will be sent on request.

Everything advertised was there, it was just a little run down. We had problems checking it but Eugene was quick to sort it out, responded quick to any inquiry. The water front area is excellent, easily the best part of the property

The home is showing its age but the location makes up for it; back yard lead to the private beach, jetty and water's edge. Fishing was fun, easy to access and we relaxed outdoors every day.

This AirBNB at Mannering Park has the most beautiful, serene view of the lake. Expect ducks with their babies on the back lawn every day. Try your luck at fishing or just relax and enjoy the quiet. I would love to live here - that's how great it is. Thanks Eugene for being a very open and accommodating host.

The area was amazing and peaceful . The host was quite helpful with some of our issues and were resolved easily . Not very child friendly if you have young ones .

We had a great time at Mannerism Park. We knew that the place was a bit run down and that most appliances didn't work, but the backyard and the lake is what made it for us. Out dogs loved it and spent all days frolicking on the little beach in the back yard and swam around. Its actually good that the place is a bit neglected since if it was really nice, you probably wouldn't be able to bring dogs and you'd probably have to pay double the price! It most certainly lived up to our expectations and Eugene was very accommodating on checking in and out and replied to messages on short notice. Very happy all around!

Overall we had a good stay at the house, however there were a few things that weren't great. The location was perfect, and there were plenty of great places to relax in the house both inside and outside. There were some basic provisions in the house which were useful too. The house is quite dated, which was fine except that there were also a few maintenance issues. The AC in the lounge area was not working, which was not too much of an issue for us as it didn't get quite hot enough to be really needed, some taps were not working (cold tap in downstairs bathroom) and we found it impossible to use the oven - instructions are needed! Overall it was a good stay, but some improvements to the property could have made it a great stay.

Great position, the deal was done easily and host easy to contact. The house is rustic but in a great position. Some thought should have been put into breakfast, it was disappointing.
