Come stay at my Condo. You'll enjoy a private, beautiful Lakeview room with a bathroom.
You will love my Zen garden, the phenomenal views of the Lake + downtown from livingroom.
During day time, the living room is used as an office.
Relax and enjoy the Spa experience in my apartment at night time with relaxation music and essential oil.
Free access to Gym, Yoga, steamroom + Pool.
Complimentary drinking water, coffee & tea.
Many places in walking distance. 8 minute taxi ride to downtown.
Private bedroom with two comfortable beds: a single and a queen. Plenty of pillows and clean bedding. From the bedroom, you'll have a beautiful view of the lake and downtown Saigon through tall windows.
The view of the Lake and city from the livingroom is phenomenal. It is truly unique and hard to find in Saigon.
You will have a pleasant, and totally relaxing time either day or night.
The lake is part of an eco park that hosts a cafe, several restaurants, event spaces, swimming pool, tennis court, walking paths, and plenty of green space.
The living room is my office during the day and there will be 1 or 2 staff working 9AM - 5PM. We are super friendly and helpful so you will feel just like at home.
An extra room with a Queen bed is available to accommodate your group of 4 to 5 people or when you just need 2 rooms for you and your traveling partner.
There is WiFi in the apartment and common spaces as well as a library, and a Gym on the 2nd floor of the building for working and exercising. A mini super market in the 1st floor, and a taxi station right outside of the Building. You can also walk to the shopping mall Starbucks, restaurants, and street vendors nearby.
The building has 24/7 security guards and you will have a key card to access the Building and the apartment at any time.
You will meet Mazda, my 15 months old Samoyed Puppy. He is young, playful, and so adorable. He stays in my room most of the time and will not bother you.
There is a bus system in HCMC, but I do not know the routes. My guests usually take Uber (3 usd to downtown or 5 usd to/from Airport) or VinaSun taxi or Mai Linh taxi (3 usd to downtown, 7 to 8 usd to/from airport). Please choose VinaSun taxi or Mai Linh taxi only, so you will not be ripped off by other bad taxi drivers.
Modern kitchen with baking oven and gas stove.
Fridge and microwave.
Living area with couch, TV, and Zen garden, and tall floor to ceiling glass window looking over the Lake and downtown Saigon.
The building has a pool, gym, steam room, library, and small market open to the residents and our guests.
Complimentary mineral drinking water, tea, and coffee throughout your stay.
Washer is available for you to do laundry.
As much or as little as you want. There are two people that live in the master bedroom, myself included. We typically stay in our room when we are home, apart from meals and taking care of our dog. Ask us any questions you have and we can recommend things to do around the city, or stay in your room and plan your next adventure.
You can contact me at any time by email or phone. I am online almost 24 hrs. And my English speaking assistants are available all the time by phone when I am not here. They can assist you with everything.
1. You will have access to the living room, and kitchen.
2. You can request to book 2 rooms for an extra fee.
3. My students or assistants can show you around the city if needed.
4. If you are not satisfied by any means, you can cancel your reservation within a few hours after you arrive and I will refund your payment in full minus Airbnb fees. You must provide a very valid reasons.
If you already stayed overnight, the payment will not be refunded, but maybe I will let you cancel early and get your refund for the remain of your stay if there are reasonable reasons.
You are welcome to enjoy your stay, but please respect others.
Hi! I'm a native from Vietnam and have lived and work in the U.S. for 10+ years. I currently reside in Philadelphia but spend a lot of time in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam starting my own immigration consulting business.
I'm very easy-going and love meeting new people, listening to stories, and learning new things. I'm a traveler at heart, but currently am very busy with work. Since I don't have much time to travel, I'm glad AirBnB affords me the opportunity to connect with other fellow globe-trotters!
I've listed my apartment in Philly and a few extra bedrooms in my condo in Saigon. I go back and forth quite often between Vietnam and the U.S. so the availability depends on where I currently am. When I host, I make sure my guests feel like they're staying at the home they never knew they had!
