With booking the place, you agreed to come to my place within all conditions and terms that were lovely and heartfully advertised and shown clearly, that had also been verified by the Airbnb official photographer and other guests as well. For me, Airbnb is my passion and also a source of living, as I am a disabled person and couldn’t have a job. And even receiving from you fewer stars for putting all my best in what I do, I accept the situation as a blessing, which anyhow seems disappointing to me.
I kindly repeat you had been informed regarding the very high-quality orthopaedic bed and its size additionally in the messaging before and after the reservation was made. During the stay, you were asked several times if you were ok, if you needed anything, if you were satisfied. And you said “yes” when I saw you. I am sad that you weren’t so very honest to me. I am sorry that you are sad and somehow rely your disappointment on me, being well informed about everything before reservation. It would not be a host’s flaw if a person was explicitly informed about booking details on a reservation. But I understand people are different, and I accept that. I am happy that I have had many guests who satisfied and enjoy the high level of service and details that some other people, sadly, take as granted.
Regarding AC, the location of the superior Dakin air conditioner was deliberately chosen and operation with it in the proper way ensure the highest level of comfort and health. I sincerely hope you enjoyed other good points of your stay you didn't mention in your feedback as organic welcome, warm hospitality, kindness, honesty, 24/7 luggage storage service, ability to live in the very old UNESCO secured building with its smaller apartments (which is an objective fact), the transfer organisation service, the free washing service, organic detergents, free WiFi, meticulous cleanliness and tidiness, organic oils, other condiments, organic cotton satin linen, carefully prepared tourist information, tips and recommendations etc. Thank you for visiting my home.
