Situated in the heart of the City, The Atrium Serviced Apartments boasts comfortable serviced apartments that allow you the independence, space & privacy that only an apartment can offer. Our apartments are mainly double bedded however we have some twins available.

Arrivals & Departures
Apartments are available for occupation from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Apartments must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. All additional hours will be charged as one day unless otherwise agreed.
While we will endeavour to accommodate your request for an early check in/late check out this cannot be guaranteed unless the booking is made from the night before arrival/for the night after departure.
Any visitors must vacate the apartment by 10pm, as only residents are permitted on the premises after this time.
Stay of less than 7 nights
The Atrium by BridgeStreet must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights in writing before 2pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to a fee of 1 night’s rent. (GMT). Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation (unless we are informed otherwise) and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
Stays of 7 – 27 nights
The Atrium by BridgeStreet must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 to 27 nights in writing, at least 7 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period the Atrium by BridgeStreet will not charge any cancellation fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date the Atrium by BridgeStreet will refund; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 3 nights and a maximum of 7 nights.
Stays of 28+ night
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus have to be received by the Atrium by BridgeStreet in writing, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period, Atrium by BridgeStreet will not charge any cancellation fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date the Atrium by BridgeStreet will refund; subject to a maximum of 28 nights. All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.
Extension of Stay / Early Departure
Should you require an extension of your stay beyond this date, please give us seven working days notice. This will be subject to availability and authorization from your company where applicable. Should you vacate your apartment earlier than the above date, kindly inform the Atrium by BridgeStreet in writing in order for us to try and re-let the apartment.
The Atrium by BridgeStreet reserves the right to treat an early departure or reduction in the number of nights or apartments booked as a cancellation and apartments may be re- let and cancellation charges will apply.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be entitled to any refunds. Please note that transaction fees are not refundable in the event of a cancellation

Your personal information & data will be held in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal data and contact information will never be sold or passed to a 3rd party. However your contact details may be used to send you our latest offers and promotions. If you would like to opt out please inform the front desk agent.

Where payment is to be made by the company, this can only be accepted when your company holds a credit agreement with the Atrium. Written confirmation from an authorised person within your company is required for each booking prior to check in.
Should payment not reach us within the required time we will reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and you shall forfeit any deposit made.
All guests on check in, will need to provide a security against potential damages/additional charges. We accept this in the form of either a pre-authorisation for £100 or in cash. Please note we do not take the money, it is held by the bank to indicate that you have access to the funds and will be released, subject to potential damages/additional charges, by your bank 3 -7 working days later.
If your bank account is held overseas, this process could take longer.
Bridgestreet are committed to making your stay with us as comfortable as possible, BridgeStreet however cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
We regret that pets are not allowed in the apartments.
