I highly recommend staying here. I stayed here for about 3.5 weeks while visiting Paris and taking French classes. The listing is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a 3 level loft, with 3 enclosed bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (with toilet shower and tub-- and toilet is separated by a door) and one half bathroom. Each bedroom is on a different floor allowing for privacy. There is a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. It was clean, and Fabrizio welcomed us when we arrived and closed us out when we left. We didn't see him at all during the stay but he was readily available if needed. He gave us his cell phone number and some back up numbers of others we could call along with a notebook of information about the area. We opted to email him with a few questions throughout our stay (never anything urgent) and he was always very responsive- we would hear back within a few hours. Also, Fabrizio speaks English fluently so that made the check in process very easy for us.
I stayed here with my family (including my 1.5 year old son). This house was perfect because he has a young daughter so we were able to use her highchair, toys, books, etc. Also, she had already graduated to a toddler bed but since my son was still in a crib, he found one for us and it was set up in the kid's room when we arrived.
We also really liked the neighborhood. Only 5 min walk to anything you need - especially for a long stay. Within a few blocks is a grocery store, a pharmacy, many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, fromageries, etc. there are a few different metro train options and buses, all within about 5 min walk. Also there are a few markets in the area and playgrounds which were perfect for my son. It's only a block from a school and a hospital so it is very safe. The location is further out from the city center, but still very accessible to all the sites and not far from many other neighborhoods worth checking out (15-20 min to the Marais, Canal St Martin, Oberkampf, etc).
