I live right around the corner! Just ask, and I'm happy to help. I love to show people around Old Town, ride bikes in the sunshine, and have craft beers, if you're into that sort of thing..
Laundry room and pool access are with a key card. Parking is limited, so please use ONLY the assigned space, and the guest space out front.
Parking tags are required to be displayed in your vehicle.
this is a mellow, quite community. If you want to party, Old town will happily have you, and is really close. Noise is typically frowned upon after 9pm, and the neighbors are mostly retired and quick on the phone.
absolutely, unequivocally, without question, no smoking inside whatsoever.
Pets negotiable - if they shed, there is an extra cleaning fee.

i'm darwin - I live in scottsdale, and love to cook, ride motorcycles, crossfit and make things!
I speak spanish, some portuguese, and enough italian to order wine...kinda.
I live right near Old town scottsdale, with a dog, a bicycle, some motorcycles, and love it! I enjoy showing people around the neighborhood, or helping get fresh local food delivered, or even having them out for dinners and drinks around the neighborhood.
In the coming months, I'm taking trips down to Baja california by motorbike, and one day really want to ride all the way down to Chile.
In the meantime, come visit and lets have a local brew and tell stories.
