It is just off the beach car park, which can be busy during the weekends if the surf is up, as Noordhoek beach is a beautiful, favorite place to be, but it is quiet at night with no through traffic. It has neighboring properties, one of which is more exposed as we have lost 2 large trees that softened the facade. This is on the beach side but the house still has the full 7/8th view of the beach all the way to the village of Kommetjie and the surrounding valley and wetlands.

Walk into the surrounding Milkwood forests, Cape Nature Reserve mountains, visit art galleries and many special local, delicious restaurants within easy walking distance. It is a balm for the soul. A natural Paradise!
Come experience the Cape's beauty!

I am a Nature lover and love natural beauty, people and animals, especially our Husky Skye. My favourite place is our Noordhoek Beach and OceanSong house which is below Chapman’s Peak mountain and next to an ancient Milkwood forest. Nature's extraordinary creations, Ancient artefacts, Art, Architecture, and different people and cultures are what I travel the world to experience. Happily I’ve still got lots to see though!
Love, kindness, nature, light, peace, water and healthy food are what make living special– I’m a "Piscatarian" - I love seafood and wine! I’m also an adventurer, so I enjoy getting out and seeing the beauty, swimmming and hiking and enjoy showing people the Cape’s incredibly diverse environment, special arts and craft galleries and restaurants.
I’m tidy (mostly!), caring of peoples property, personal treasures and love to see people happy and so will go out of my way to accommodate peoples diverse needs if its at all possible and reasonable. Natural décor and good percale bed linen is a favourite as I worked in creative Textile Design for years. I now produce an Organic and Natural Beauty Care range called EarthSong .
My life motto is: " Love and care for the earth, yourself and others as love is the sacred web of creation"
