You'll feel right at home with the big living room and kitchen. Full access to the house aside from my room. Your room has an ensuite bathroom and king size bed on a separate floor. Washing machine downstairs. About 5 minutes to the beach.
The house is two stories, split level on the top half, meaning your room is on a separate landing than mine. Your air-conditioned room has a king size bed, wardrobe with hangers, and a private bathroom with a hot water shower (if you've been around Thailand you'll appreciate not having a wet toilet seat). There is a window, but not much of a view. There are air mattresses available if you have an extra person or two. Towels, soap, and shampoo will be here for you.
Downstairs has a living room with two chairs and a couch, facing a TV with a Playstation 3. There's also a hard drive with hundreds of movies and TV shows you can use on your computer or the TV (if the format of the movies is right). There are also about 50 books here if you are a reader. If you'd like to set up your computer to do some work or research stuff to do, there is a computer desk as well.
The kitchen has two burners, a small oven, microwave, kettle, full fridge/freezer, etc. Cook, eat, drink, whatever you please...just clean up after yourself. There is a room out back with a washing machine.
There is a gated area out front with a table and chairs, covered to give shelter from the rain.
The entire house is yours to use, except my room.
I can be as involved or not as you'd like in your trip. If you want help booking any trips or suggestions on what to do/where to go/how to get there, just let me know. Since I work at night, I usually don't wake up until about 12/1 o' clock at best. I'll do my best to make sure your stay is one to remember! Let me know if you have any questions.
If you need to stay an extra few hours and I don't have anyone coming in, just let me know when you are booking. I'm not going make you pay an extra night just because your flight is later on in the day. The same goes for arrivals.
Treat the space like you're staying with friends or family. If you want to bring guests back I'm okay with it, but no ladyboys, seriously. To each their own, but I don't want to deal with the situations that come with them. If you need a second opinion, drop by the bar with them and I'll let you know ;)
If you want to smoke, do it outside please. No drugs in the house, and try to be respectful of the neighbors if you're out late at night. I'll do the same for you when I come home from work.

I have been living in Phuket for almost 7 years working in, buying, selling, and consulting for bars and restaurants. I love travelling and trying new food while meeting new people in different environments. I watch a lot of TV shows and movies in my spare time, when I'm not taking care of or playing with my two Shih tzu mixes. They are what gets me through the day sometimes. As far as hosting goes, I did the couchsurfing thing for a while and ended up spending a lot of money on people that were abusing the system. So, I figured I'd try this and maybe I'd get to meet a few nice people along the way if they wanted to. That being said, I can be the kind of host that will show you around and eat with you and point you in the right direction, or the kind that will completely leave you alone. The choice is yours...
