This authentic adobe home is located on a very quiet and private cul-de-sac just 3 blocks west of the Santa Fe Plaza; across the Santa Fe River two blocks south, is the newly minted Railyard with its' Farmer's Market, unique shops walking distance from The Plaza, Canyon Road, Railyard, Farmer's Market and parks. You will also find great bakeries, art galleries and a wide variety of restaurants. Nearby supermarkets include Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Sprouts being the closest. Your stay will be accentuated with the finest linens, and furnishings, exceptional style and comfort and a fully equipped kitchen with up to date appliances.

Check out the Frank Ortíz Dog Park, dog friendly hiking trails and The Pooch Pantry Barkery. Most cafes with outdoor sitting allow you to dine with your pups while you are dinning al fresco. Vacation Rental Policies

This is an Agreement between you, the TENANT, and the Owner of the PROPERTY. This Agreement is signed by Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC., who is the agent of the Owner with power of attorney for the Owner. You have asked that Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC reserve the PROPERTY for you during the TERM OF OCCUPANCY. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC is presently reserving the PROPERTY for you subject to the following terms and conditions:

End of Tenancy: TENANT agrees to vacate the PROPERTY by the time and date set forth above as the expiration of the TERM OF OCCUPANCY, to lock all windows and doors and return all keys to Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC (or designated location) and leave the PROPERTY in reasonably clean condition. TENANT will be charged fifty dollars ($50) for each key given to TENANT that is not returned and one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for any garage/gate remotes not returned.

Limitation on Occupants: TENANT shall not allow more than the MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS to occupy the PROPERTY.

Cancellation Policy: Per Airbnb

VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE - CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If not purchased, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Separate terms and conditions apply, read your policy carefully and contact CSA at ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) with coverage questions.

Condition of Property: TENANT shall receive the property in reasonable and habitable condition and TENANT shall reasonably maintain the PROPERTY. TENANT shall be liable for any loss or breakage of the contents of the PROPERTY. If there is any breakage, damage or theft to the PROPERTY or the furnishings and appliances within the PROPERTY, TENANT shall notify Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC as soon as possible and TENANT shall provide Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC with a reasonable opportunity to repair any such condition. TENANT shall not undertake or authorize any repair of the property without the express authorization of Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC In cases of theft, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC will replace the missing items at tenant’s expense.

Initial Cleaning and Additional Cleaning: The TOTAL DUE includes a CLEANING FEE, which shall be applied to cleaning the PROPERTY at the end of the term. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee on TENANT’S credit card if the condition of the PROPERTY upon the expiration of the TERM OF OCCUPANCY requires additional cleaning. If the TERM OF OCCUPANCY exceeds 4 weeks, the property will be cleaned once every two (2) weeks during the TERM OF OCCUPANCY. TENANT shall allow the PROPERTY to be cleaned during the TERM OF OCCUPANCY and TENANT shall pay for such additional cleanings. All house cleanings of the PROPERTY shall be by cleaners employed by Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC or the owner of the PROPERTY.

NOTE: IF YOUR STAY IS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS PLEASE BE ADVISED BIWEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING IS REQUIRED: AT MINIMUM CHARGE $100 …ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND QUOTES UPON REQUEST…SERVICES CAN BE ARRANGED AT YOUR CONVENIENCE UPON ARRIVAL.

Pet Policy: In the event Pets are allowed on the leased premises TENANT agrees to pay an additional non-refundable Pet Fee at the time of signing of the lease the lesser of the $15 per night (NOT per pet) pet fee or $250 per pet, and TENANT further agrees to pay for any additional cleaning or damages of the property at the end of the lease term at TENANT’S expense. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC reserves the right to charge this Pet Fee for pets that are not disclosed prior to tenancy. When outside, TENANT agrees to keep pets under TENANT’S control and a leash. TENANT agrees to promptly remove any pet waste from the Property, including all living areas, garages, storage areas, yards, porches, patios, courtyards and decks. Evidence of pets in a home where pets are not allowed or where pets have not been agreed upon will result in a Pet Fee of $1000 and all additional cleaning fees charged to your credit card. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR IN HOT TUBS!! Please tell us if you are bringing your pet.

Remote Control and Key Return Policy: A $50.00 charge will be incurred in the event TENANT loses or misplaces a key. In the event any remote control is lost, tenant shall pay $150 for the cost of replacement and programming of the new remote control device. All keys, gate remote controls, and garage openers shall be left in the PROPERTY or in designated location.

TENANT’S Conduct on Property: NO SMOKING is allowed in the PROPERTY. TENANT shall not allow any pets within the property, unless prior written approval has been obtained and the pet fee has been paid. No recreational vehicles, campers, motor homes, or the like shall be kept on or about the PROPERTY without prior written approval from Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC. TENANT shall comply with all condominium association rules, neighborhood association rules or restrictive covenants that may apply to the PROPERTY, and it is TENANT’S obligation to inquire into the substance of such rules or covenants should TENANT desire to determine their applicability to TENANT’S activities. TENANT shall not violate any laws while occupying the PROPERTY. TENANT shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All garbage must be put in garbage cans and not left scattered about the home or outdoors. Furniture should not be moved from its original position. Any damage to floors resulting from the movement of furniture will be billed to the TENANT. There should be no missing or damaged linens. In homes with hot tubs, posted rules must be followed. Use of candles is permitted unless otherwise instructed but must be used responsibly. Any wax dripping or damage to furnishings, floors or hot tub will be charged to TENANT. ALL BBQ GRILL PROPANE TANKS MUST BE TURNED OFF AFTER USE OF GRILL. Failure to follow any of these instructions or other posted rules will result in a charge to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Guests: TENANT’S guests shall be subject to the limitations on conduct set forth in the preceding paragraph and it shall be TENANT’S obligation to enforce compliance with TENANT’S guests. TENANT agrees to assume all legal responsibility for the acts and conduct of any of TENANT’S guests and to assure compliance with all house rules.

No Assignment: TENANT may not transfer or assign this agreement and TENANT may neither let nor sublet the PROPERTY or any part of the PROPERTY without written consent of Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC

Right of Entry: The Owner or the Owner’s agent, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC or an agent designated by either of them, may enter the PROPERTY at any reasonable time to inspect, repair, maintain or show the PROPERTY.

Environmental Conditions; Assumption of Risk: A. Environmental Conditions. An unknown condition at a property can cause illness or injury to the occupants of the property. Increasingly, cases are reported in which occupants of a property suffer illness or injury as a consequence of unknown environmental conditions, such as mold or residue from household products (such as cleaning products and air fresheners). Under this Agreement, TENANT is renting a residential dwelling, not a room, suite or other accommodation on Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC premises. This and the fact that some Furnished Rental properties are unoccupied for extended periods of time make detection of such conditions more difficult. Neither the Owner nor Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC are qualified to detect environmental conditions, such as molds or residue from household products, that may cause illness or injury. With reasonable advance notice, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC shall allow TENANT (and/or TENANT’S qualified inspector) to inspect the PROPERTY for such conditions prior to the commencement of the TERM OF OCCUPANCY so that TENANT may ascertain the suitability of the PROPERTY for TENANT (and Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC shall make a good faith effort to offer alternative accommodations if an objectionable condition is found). If you become suspicious that such a condition exists at the Property, we ask that you promptly report your suspicion to Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC.

Assumption of Risk. TENANT, for him/her self and for all those that occupy the PROPERTY during TENANT’S TERM OF OCCUPANCY, hereby agrees to ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY AND ALL ILLNESS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM AN UNKNOWN ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION on or near the PROPERTY, such as mold or residue from household products, and to waive any claim for damages that TENANT or such other occupants could assess against Owner or Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC for such injuries.

Risk of Loss to Property: Neither Owner’s nor Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC insurance cover loss or damage to TENANT’S personal possessions and TENANT shall bear the risk of loss of all TENANT’S property. The PROPERTY is not protected by an alarm system. (If an alarm system is installed at the PROPERTY, it will not be operable during your occupancy of the PROPERTY). Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC and the Owner shall have no duty regarding security of the PROPERTY.

Lost and Found: If notified by TENANT, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC will make an effort to recover items left on the property. If found, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC will return items at the TENANT’S expense.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: Neither Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC nor Owner shall be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from act or omission of TENANT, TENANT’S family, TENANT’S guests, TENANT’S invitees or visitors. Neither Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC nor Owner will be liable for losses or damages to TENANT’S property by theft, vandalism, fire, smoke, water, rain, hail, ice, snow, explosion, acts of God, acts of other residents, or any other causes other than as a direct and proximate result of the gross negligence of Agent or Owner. TENANT will hold harmless Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC and Owner, and their employees and agents, from any liability due to loss or damage to the property of TENANT or others present on the PROPERTY from any cause other than gross negligence or the intentional acts of Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC, Owner or their employees and agents.

Long Distance Telephone, TV and Internet Charges: Owner may have activated a long distance block that will require TENANT to use a credit card or long distance calling card to have long distance telephone service. Should TENANT charge long distance telephone calls to the phone in the PROPERTY, TENANT agrees to be responsible for long distance charges incurred during TENANT’S occupancy of the PROPERTY. TENANT agrees that any long distance charges incurred during the term of TENANT’S occupancy and appearing on the Owner’s telephone bill may be included as a charge upon TENANT’S valid credit card.

Substitute Property: Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC is a real estate broker and an agent for the Owner of the Property. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC is not the owner of the PROPERTY. Should the PROPERTY reserved become unavailable, Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC will attempt to provide you with a comparable property or they will refund your money. If Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC is unable to offer you alternative accommodations, the liability of Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC to TENANT shall be limited to the refund of all sums paid by TENANT for the Property. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC shall have no additional liability to TENANT, such as for compensatory, consequential or punitive damages.

Mechanical Malfunctions: Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC will make all reasonable efforts to insure that all mechanical systems are working properly, including malfunctions and repairs. TENANT agrees to notify Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC of any defect in any mechanical system. Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC is not liable to TENANT for any mechanical malfunction and TENANT is not entitled to reimbursement for any rent.

Pool or Hot Tub: In the event the leased property has a pool or a hot tub, TENANT is required to sign the WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and incorporated herein by reference.

Disputes: TENANT shall be liable for attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by the Owner or Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC (and their agents and employees) should TENANT breach this agreement or in the event TENANT does not prevail in any claim brought by TENANT against Owner and/or Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC The law of the State of New Mexico shall govern any and all disputes between the parties to this Agreement. Venue for any legal action between the parties shall be Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

TENANT’S Warranty: TENANT hereby warrants and represents that TENANT is authorized to sign this agreement and the Valid Credit Card provided and is not relying on any prior oral or written representations of the Owner or Santa Fe Luxury Rental LLC.
This agreement is made between you (hereinafter called the Guest) and Santa Fe Luxury Rental, LLC (SFLR) (hereinafter called the Manager) concerning the short-term rental of the property located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. By providing your credit card information you are hereby agreeing to our policies, terms & conditions.

Repairs and Maintenance: Guest understands that the Manager may enter the unit, on mutually agreeable times, to affect necessary repairs and/or regular maintenance; included but not limited to - hot tub, gardening, landscape, etc. Manager reserves the right to move the guest to a comparable accommodation if necessary repairs cannot be accomplished in a timely manner.

Trash Removal: The Guest agrees to deposit accumulated household trash in trash containers located on site.

Phones: A long distance block may be activated that will require Guests to use a credit card or long distance calling card to have long distance telephone service. Should a Guest charge long distance telephone calls to the phone in the property, the guest(s) agrees to be responsible for long distance charges incurred during the Guest's occupancy. The Guest agrees that any long distance charges incurred during the term of the Guest's occupancy and appearing on the owner's telephone bill may be included as a charge upon the Guest's credit card.

Internet Access: Our homes have various types of Internet access provided by various third parties. Neither Manager nor Owner is responsible for data loss, theft, loss of Internet access / connection, or inability of the Guest to connect to the Internet.

Smoking Policy: All of the properties are non-smoking. Smoking inside of the property will result in a $500 additional charge.

Pet Policy: Manager will designate which properties will allow pets. All arrangements for including a pet in the stay will need to be made at the time of the booking. If there is damage caused by the pet or the pet fee is not applied at the time of booking, the guest shall be responsible for any additional costs and/or damages. A $50 fee will be charged for any pet waste left on the grounds of the Property and/or patios. Please pick-up after your pet and properly dispose of all waste.

Property Condition / Cleaning: Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay. The guest understands that the Manager reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee on guest's credit card if the condition of the property upon the expiration of the term of occupancy so requires. Should the term of occupancy exceed 30 days, guest shall allow the property to be cleaned at least once every 10 days during the term of occupancy and shall pay for such additional cleanings. All cleanings of the property shall be by SFLR housekeepers.

Injury / Insurance: The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, Manager and their employees against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising directly from Guest's use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Owner's insurance does not cover loss or damage to guest's personal possessions and guest shall bear the risk of loss of all guest's property.

Disputes: The law of the State of New Mexico shall govern all controversies and disputes between the parties. All controversies or disputes shall reside in Santa Fe County, New Mexico regardless of where the rental agreement was signed. Guests shall be responsible for any attorney’s fees and other expenses incurred by the Manager or Owner should Guest breach this agreement.

This is the perfect option to be close to town, but still have a private location. It was modern but yet very SouthWest.

Very comfortable with a great location. You can easily walk almost anywhere. Quiet street with easy access to all the main arteries. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional. Walking distance to the Plaza and the Railyard (perfect for adventuring to the Santa Fe's Farmer Market). The washer/dryer and the grill were great to have. Mariela was extremely responsive when I had to get in touch. You can occasionally hear the unit that shares a wall, but we didn't find it disruptive. Felt very private. Stayed here for 5 cozy summer nights and wished it could have been longer.

Casita Patron I was the perfect spot for my husband and my weekend getaway from Denver. We brought our pup and LOVED how dog friendly Santa Fe is! The Casita was so cute and had everything we needed. And the location was spot on-we walked pretty much everywhere!!! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
