Our modern, central flat is on the doorstep of many of the major Edinburgh visitor attractions. Walk to the Royal Mile, The Scottish Parliment and Arthurs' Seat. Quiet and warm with lovely views, a comfortable bed, hot shower, living room and kitchen.
The best thing about our flat is the location, easy to walk to so many great places. There is unrestricted parking around the building, good security and concierge service. A lift is available to even numbered floors. There is a large communal laundry in the building. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. It is a fifteen minute walk to Waverley railway station and there are two bus stops close to the flat. There are many restaurants and take aways nearby and a very handy Tesco express that is open early to late.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the building and this is a no smoking property.
On a usual booking we would be there to meet you when you arrive and can be contacted by phone, text or email during your stay. We would like you to turn off any heaters and lights, lock the door and post the keys back through the letterbox when you leave.
We would like you to respect the neighbours regarding noise and leave the flat clean and tidy. Although the flat is a non-smoking place there is an open balcony where smoking with an ashtray is possible.
