This is a beautiful and comfortable ranch condo, well-situated near historic Ogden to 12th Avenue, straight up to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. Close to biking and hiking trails, Ogden River, Pineview Reservoir and whatever interests may bring you to the area.
Updated kitchen with beautiful oak kitchen counters and glass tile with beautiful oak cabinets and full size appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bake ware and more stuff than you'll likely ever need.
The master bedroom with an full, ensuite bath has a queen bed with comfy tempurpedic mattress. New toilet, sink and floors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a full bed, also with a comfy tempurpedic mattresses. Full bath for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms to share, with updated toilet, sink and floors as well. Bedding is provided for guests using the sofabed.
The living room also has a sofabed that opens to a TwinX sofa, which fits up to a 5'6" person comfortably. Would not recommend for heavy set individuals however. Extra bedding is available for this bed, plus will fit an air mattress, if you decide to bring one.
This condo has a central air and heat, plus an attached garage, which is great for winter conditions, and also for summertime to store camping, biking or any gear you want safely stored.
Historic Ogden on 25th street, just a few blocks and minute down the road, has a quaint, old town feel with local shopping and restaurants, Great for meandering and catching a few dining options with Zagat star restaurants or family-owned dining. Easy and free parking at Union Station and across the street, you’re there. Or, certainly, there is parking is available on 25th Street but can be a little congested during ski season.
However, if skiing and a quick bite is your cup of tea, 'fast food central' is all along 12th Street right up to the mountain: iHop around the corner, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Arby’s, Burger King, Wendy's, McDonalds, etc. Other breakfast restaurants are also on 12th (i.e. Village Inn) right on your way to ski country! Or if you want to shop to shop your own stuff, there’s a Walmart just about 4 blocks around the corner or a Winco foods even closer (note: they don’t take credit cards).
Zip zip zip, JUST 12 MILES! up the road and you are at Snow Basin where they held the winter Olympics!
Zip zip zip, the same road up, you can easily reach Powder Mountain or family-friendly Wolf Canyon to ski to your hearts delight. Just a minute from the base of the mountain and you'll be headed up to enjoy all the powder your legs can endur.
This corner unit condo is equipped to safely secure your ski gear on a private deck. WIFI enabled TV's in the living room and master bedroom for you to enjoy pre-paid streaming Neflix and HuluPlus for your enjoyment. Digital cable with HBO is also available in the living room along with a DVD player.

There is a lockbox located at the garage which will have the key for you to enter the condo. The code is provided to you at check in.
I usually leave guests alone during their stay but unless otherwise communicated, I am always a call, email or text away. I'm watching out for you during your stay. Note: I do work during the day, so please be patient in case I don't get to you right away.
Sometimes I travel, but if I'm traveling during your stay, I will let you know in advance. Plus I have very helpful neighbors who are willing to step in if you have questions.
Be respectful of the space, as this is a quiet group of condos with retired seniors. Thank you.

I have four condos listed on AirBnB. I LOVE my vacation homes! They are ALL my babies. I don't have kids, so I visit and stay in each of my condos routinely to make sure they are maintained in good care, are functional and continue growing in a way that provides joy to my guests who stay.
When I travel to visit, I want all the amenities of home. My SLC condos are very cool and have been a joy to decorate and to personally experience. Bigger than a 2 bedroom hotel suite, but compact enough to feel like everything you need is close by. Easy access to the airport, to the freeways, to downtown (just a $10 cab drive incl. tip!) and 20 minutes to get anywhere. If you are attending a trade show or conference at the Salt Palace, there is a bus right around the corner that takes you to downtown, if you don't want to rent a car.
I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I hope my guests like my style. As I discover something great, or a tasty dining option, and especially when my guests do, I have a condo directory I like to add to, but it currently includes everything you can imagine, including directions to the nearest Trader Joe's, Costco, Walmart and liquor store!
I like the creature comforts of home and have furnished the condo to reflect these needs. I continue to learn from my guests from their feedback, and where possible, make improvements so that hopefully the next guest will benefit from the great ideas of others. When you stay at my place, it is my goal that you walk right into easy living so that you can focus on family, your destinations, and simply to have a great experience during your visit.
