Shared room with 4 beds. There is one other private room in this unit, clean, full kitchen, great place to meet other travelers, 420 friendly :) close to downtown. Clean, nice. Cool area. Busy street. Good vibes!
Shared space, parking, cool area. You will probably meet other people and almost always awesome! The house is kept very clean and nice! Parking is first come first serve but there are almost always enough spaces for everyone, and if the lot is full there is always street parking across Sheridan. Please note this house is on a fairly busy street.
The entire unit is available to guests, along with the driveway and the back yard. The garage is off limits.
I am happy to interact with guests and help them find things to do, or to leave them alone if that is their preference. The cleaner is a good friend of mine and either he or I will be in the house almost every day to clean and make sure everything is in good working order. Pretty much it depends on what's going on but I usually keep busy :)
There are 3 other beds in this room which may or may not be occupied so please be comfortable sleeping in the same room as other guests. There is one other room in the unit that is a private room and you will be sharing common area with those guests, should there be any. This house is a duplex and this unit is the upper level. The downstairs unit is separate but may have guests with whom you would be sharing the yard. The parking spaces in front and to the side of the house are available but please try to make room for others and be considerate :). If there is no parking in the drive way you will have to park across Sheridan (which is a fairly busy street) and walk across. Not responsible for lost or stolen articles
The best way to communicate with me is through this app.Pets are charged as additional guests and are not allowed on furniture. Please do not have any mail delivered to my house and do not use my address to sign up for anything. This house is on a busy street, but it has a fenced back yard and there is generally plenty of space to park in the driveway. There is a surveillance camera pointing at the entrance.
