I am sorry that you did not find my support team actively communicative. We try to contact guests within the hour - as you can see on the profile, the average response time across all previous bookings has been within an hour - so many apologies for this instance. Regarding the bathroom, many apologies that this was an issue - a plumber has since investigated and this is an issue with the flat below which is being resolved. This was an issue only once before, and we are always available to send a plumber (or any other professional required) as soon as we are contacted if the guest feels it necessary. Overall I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, and I hope that you will consider staying at the property again, as it was a pleasure hosting you!
