Welcome to our awesome cottage on Granada Avenue, in the heart of North Park!
Our cottage is located in the back of our house on Granada Avenue in the historic craftsman Morley Field area of North Park. It is a detached building with its own entrance, and shares its front patio and side yard with the main house.
It is a newly renovated cottage with a living space, kitchenette, and bathroom. The living room has a pullout sofa with memory-foam mattress (very comfortable and easy to open/close; linens and blankets provided), TV with local channels and BluRay player, wifi internet, storage space for clothing, and dining table and chairs. There is also a room air-conditioner and a small heater.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, sink, electric kettle, toaster, and basic dining and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and washer/dryer unit. Fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Guests are welcome to enjoy sunny San Diego weather on our back patio, which has an outdoor dining table and chairs, a chaise-lounge, and a gas grill. Also, beach towels are provided. There are 70 miles of beaches in San Diego County!
There is direct access to the cottage from the street via a walkway on the side of our house.
Our aim is to give our guests as much privacy as they desire. We live in the main house and share the backyard with the cottage, so we are generally on the premises if you need anything or if any problem were to arise during your stay.
We have two friendly cats, Ramsey and Roper, that live in the main house. They are not allowed in the cottage, but often spend time in the backyard.
Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on the patio. Due to the proximity of our neighbors, any loud noise or music after 10 PM is not allowed.
Check-in time: 3pm-11pm / Check-out time: 11am. If you anticipate checking in after 11pm, please let us know before booking so we can make the necessary arrangements if needed.
