This tri-level townhouse offers an unparalleled view of the luxurious oasis pool and an expansive ocean view! The ground floor screened patio affords a convenient setting for a poolside picnic or a quiet reading spot!
The interior decor is colorful and welcoming while the kitchen features gorgeous oak cabinetry, elegant granite and stainless appliances for any cook`s enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king bed and deluxe ensuite bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub. Guest bedroom, also on 3rd floor has king bed and private ensuite bath, 3rd bedroom has two single beds and is located on the 2nd floor`s main living level with another bath just a step away. The one-car garage is available for guests.
NOTE: No arrivals on Christmas day.
For the land lovers in the family, the onsite fitness center, clubhouse, clubhouse pool, coral rock grotto spa and waterfall are just steps away. The second pool is a luxury oasis pool..with lounges in the sandy sunning areas.
Barefeet Rentals is a flexible enough company to be responsive to individual needs yet large enough to have the staff and equipment necessary to do a first class job. We have efficient and seasoned staff available 7 days a week. Depending on your time of arrival, we will meet the guest at our office to provide that personal, customer friendly experience. We’re here to help during business hours and your check in package will also have numbers to call if you have a maintenance emergency after hours.
The $368 cleaning fee reflects the $210 cleaning fee and $158 Accidental Damage Protection and resort fee. (see House Rules)
Terms and Conditions
CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of the reservation will be sent upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number in party and accommodations. Any errors must be directed to the reservations department within one day of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Accidental Damage Protection covers unintentional damages up to $1000 to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay. Any damages that exceed $1000 will be charged to the credit card on file.
CASH SECURITY DEPOSITS: On monthly rentals may be held for up to 45-days after departure and may be subject to adjustment for utilities.
SMOKING & PETS: Smoking and pets are not permitted.
ASSOCIATION RULES: If the unit is a condominium or other multiple unit accommodation, the guest and persons accompanying the guest agree to abide by the rules of the Association, a copy of which will be furnished upon check-in or posted in the unit.
OCCUPANCY REGULATIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! All rental units are subject to occupancy limits, (`OCCUPANCY` INCLUDES TEMPORARY VISITORS, even those NOT staying overnight) that are established either by state fire code regulation, property owner or Association. Guest agrees to abide by that limitation as indicated on the Rental Agreement, and pay any fines issued by an Association. Barefeet Rentals has no authority to circumvent the law or a condo association`s rules. Guest further agrees that Barefeet Rentals has the right to terminate this Agreement before the end of the Rental Period if the limit is exceeded and any such termination will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid on the reservation.
OWNER and AGENT: Are not responsible for loss, theft or personal injuries sustained by the guest or person accompanying guest.
MAINTENANCE: It is possible that it might be necessary to temporarily close tennis courts, swimming pools, etc. for routine maintenance during your stay. Additionally, Barefeet Rentals does not guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air-conditioners, televisions, VCR`s, DVD`s or other appliances. The undersigned agree to report any inoperative equipment to Barefeet Rentals and we will make every effort to have maintenance done quickly and efficiently. No discounts or refunds will be given for equipment/appliance failure.
WILDLIFE and PESTS: Every effort is made to control our natural guests or what some people refer to as pests. Barefeet Rentals and the property owners engage pest control companies to control potential issues. Part of the control is the guest’s responsibility by ensuring garbage and recycling is removed promptly and secured properly in garbage cans and doors are not left open. The Guest accepts these pests are part of the experience and there are no refunds or cancellations provided based on pest issues.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking in many locations is restricted, either by space or regulation. Parking required for motor home, travel trailers, boat trailers, etc. may determine which units you stay in, or require off-site parking arrangements. Guest must notify us in writing, in advance, if you require parking for any of these vehicles. Condo communities are limited to two parking spaces per unit.
QUIET TIME: Noise travels easily on the waterfront and in condo communities. Please be respectful and observe a 9:00 pm to 8:00 AM quiet time. Noise violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies prepaid.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RESERVE A UNIT: Someone 25 years of age or older must also be in residence during entire rental period. A reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Will apply for excessive cleaning as well as keys, gate cards and pool passes that are not returned to the Barefeet Rentals office at check-out.
FURNISHED IN UNIT: All units are individually owned and decorated. Although Barefeet Rentals administers minimum standards for a unit to participate in our program, the style, quality of furnishings and color schemes vary considerably according to individual owner preference. Basic kitchen supplies, bedding and bath towels are provided. More personal items such as hair dryers, soaps, shampoo, beach/pool towels, kitchen spices/condiments are not provided. A starter supply of paper products may be supplied, however, guests are responsible for additional items needed during their tenancy. Our owners are happy to share their Florida home with you and trust you will respect it as your own. Guest shall take good care of premises, are prohibited from moving furniture around and shall be responsible for all conditions caused by the negligence, wrongful acts or omissions of the persons accompanying guest.
SUBSTITUTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS: Circumstances may cause your confirmed unit to become unavailable due to ownership changes, properties being removed from rental use, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, Agent cannot absolutely guarantee a specific rental property. Agent reserves the right to change assignments without notice or liability should the unit become unavailable prior to your arrival; however, this would only occur in an extreme circumstance. When comparable accommodations are not available, Guest(s) will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of their reservation deposit. Where there is no advanced deposit and no substitution can be made, Agent will give as much notice as possible so other arrangements can be made.
If circumstances occur during guest’s stay, Barefeet Rentals, acting as a booking intermediary between you and the property owner, will use its best efforts to provide a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value of the original agreement. If Barefeet Rentals is unable to find such accommodations, then at the option of the agent or Guest`s option this Agreement shall be cancelled and terminated. Barefeet Rentals shall refund to Guest all payments made by Guest under this Agreement for any unused portion of the rental period and shall thereafter not have any liabilities or obligations to the other arising out of the unavailability of the rental property and/or Guest`s travel arrangements.
DEFAULTS: If the guest defaults in the performance of any of the obligations contained herein, and a suit at law is brought against guest and/or persons accompanying the guest, Property Owner and Barefeet Rentals shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses including court costs and attorney fees.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Agent and their representatives from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including Guest`s Guests) as a result of any cause occurring on the premises or any part, or in common areas.
SALE: Before or during your stay, a rental unit may be listed for sale. 24-hours advance notice of showings will be given, guest does not need to be present as listing agent will be in attendance.
RATES: are subject to change without notice until you have a confirmed reservation.
DISCLOSURE: Barefeet Rentals is the agent of the owner. This contract is made under Florida Statutes Chapter 509.
