We are so sorry about the WiFi issue. However, as you saw, we did our best to solve it but it was unfortunately out of our control.
Also, the bed is the Spanish standard size for a couple, that is why we always offer the possibility to have separate beds, but we prepare the apartment for 2 guests at first--just the double bed; and then ask our guests if they need separate beds and, if so, we prepare the sofa bed (we sent you a message the day before you arrived). If our guests tell us to prepare the sofa bed the same day of arrival, we may take a little more time.
And finally, we must also apologize for the inconveniences experienced in the key pick-up. We check in this way to avoid our guests waiting in front of the apartment on the street. We believe it's the best way to do it, because our clients get the keys directly, and if the apartment is not ready because they arrived before, they can leave their luggage at our office.
