This centrally located home in the community of Moonridge offers just over 1,400sq.ft. of cabin space with a large back yard, large entertaining game room furnished with pool table, wet bar and fenced patio deck. Gather around the large rock fireplace in a fire pit style or relax in front of the secondary fireplace in the living room. The house is furnished with 2 full size futons, 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The back deck overlooks the majestic mountain views including a view of the lit up ski trails at night.
Do not open the owner's locked closets.
Do not tamper with the heater panels. The temperature is controlled by thermostats located on the wall for BOTH heaters.
House calls to repair any major appliance or heaters during your stay can be placed 24 hours a day to Irene Ayala – ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). However, if upon arrival it is determined that nothing was wrong with the items reported, or that you tampered with the heater panels resulting in shutting off the pilot light, it will result in a $50 service call charge deducted from your security deposit
An 8% transient tax imposed by the city of Big Bear is included in the pricing.
Guests are responsible for removing all trash and taking it to the Big Bear Disposal Center located just a few blocks from the home on 41970 Garstin Dr. Any trash left behind will result in a $30 fee per bag deducted from your deposit.
There is room for 2 cars in the drive way. During snow conditions, vehicles parked in the street are in violation of City Ordinance No 93-237 and are subject to a $150.00 fine and will be towed at the owners expense. In addition to the fine and towing expense, the city charges an additional $100 vehicle recovery fee.
Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am unless expressly authorized by the owner. Anyone extending their stay beyond the authorized time will be subject to additional charges deducted from their security deposit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
Owner is not responsible for trash removal on the premises. A $30 per bag left behind will be deducted form the security deposit.
Please leave all dishes clean and put away. Any dirty dishes left behind will result in an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
Guest accepting responsibility for the property must be at least 21 years of age.
